I am passionate about cake design, working closely with my couples helping them achieve their dreams whilst ensuring the highest quality of my work. Whether it's a simple and elegant cake or a bold and striking one, I pride myself on creating unique and personalised designs that perfectly match your vision and requirements. From start to finish, I am dedicated to making your big day extra special and unforgettable.
Specialising in creating modern fondant wedding cake designs I can draw inspiration from various elements of your wedding, such as your colours, flowers, dress, kilts, venue styling, and stationery. Additionally, I can create realistic sugar flowers that are sure to impress your guests.
It’s important to note that I no longer offer buttercream, naked, or carved wedding cakes.

CHECK YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE
As soon as you have booked your venue, get in touch to check if I have your date available. I only take on a maximum of 2 wedding cakes per week to ensure your cake gets the full attention it deserves. I would recommend booking 12-18 months in advance.
You can save your date with a £100 non-refundable deposit, then relax, knowing your date is secured and continue with rest of your wedding planning.
WEDDING CAKE TASTING
All my booked couples will receive a complementary box of cake samples to try. My tasting boxes are beautifully presented with 6 of my most popular cake flavours as well as a couple of edible wedding favours.
If you would prefer to try our cake before booking, tasting boxes are available 3-4 times a year and can be purchased for £30. Should you decide to go ahead and book after trying the cake then this amount will be deducted from your final quote.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Around 6 months before your wedding date, we will meet for your design consultation where we will discuss all the details for your big day, bringing your ideas to life.
Consultations are generally suited to a maximum of 3 people and last around 45 minutes. To help in the design process, it’s useful to bring any invites, colour swatches or other inspiration to the consultation.
During your consultation I will sketch out your design helping you visualise how it will look. Following this you will receive your tailored quote and digital sketch of your design.
FINAL DETAILS
Your final balance will be due 28 days before your wedding date. I will be in touch before this date to confirm any final details with you. This is the last opportunity for any changes to be made to your cake.
I will contact your venue and any other suppliers associated with your cake design to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
On the morning of your wedding, I will deliver and set up your cake at the venue, allowing you to relax, knowing your wedding cake is in safe hands.
