All our cakes are made with fresh high quality ingredients - premium flour, free range eggs, Belgian chocolate and the finest Swiss fondant. Our cakes are coated in a thin layer of white chocolate ganache which helps create those amazing sharp edges and a strong structure, plus it tastes amazing too!
Classic Vanilla
Vanilla sponge filled with either raspberry or strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream
Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache buttercream
Chocolate Hazelnut
Chocolate & hazelnut cake layered with nutella buttercream
Toffee & Salted Caramel
Toffee sponge layered with toffee pieces and homemade salted caramel buttercream
White Chocolate & Passion Fruit
Light vanilla sponge, layered with white chocolate buttercream and passion fruit curd
Lemon & Blueberry
Lemon and blueberry sponge layered with blueberry jam and lemon buttercream


Champagne & Strawberry
Strawberry infused sponge, filled with strawberry jam and champagne buttercream
Biscoff Cheesecake
Caramel sponge, biscoff spread, crushed digestives and a cheesecake buttercream
Coconut & Raspberry
Coconut sponge, filled with raspberry jam and coconut buttercream
Cherry Bakewell
Almond and raspberry sponge, with raspberry jam and almond buttercream
Raspberry & White Chocolate
Vanilla sponge rippled with raspberry coulis layered with white chocolate buttercream
Blackberry & Lime
Vanilla sponge infused with homemade blackberry coulis & lime zest and a blackberry & lime buttercream.
Red Velvet Oreo
Bright red and velvety sponge layered with oreo buttercream
If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies please let us know. Whilst every effort is taken to reduce cross contamination, our cakes are baked in an environment where gluten, dairy, soya, eggs and nuts are present, and therefore traces still may be present.
Unfortunately I no longer offer eggless, vegan or dairy free cakes and I cannot cater to nut allergies.
