All our cakes are made with fresh high quality ingredients - organic flour, real unsalted butter, free range eggs, good quality belgian chocolate and the finest Swiss fondant. Our wedding and celebration cakes are coated in a thin layer of chocolate ganache which helps create those amazing sharp edges and a strong structure, plus it tastes amazing too!
